1. Discover

Every project at TouchWeb starts with an assessment of the vision that the client has developed for his product. The team familiarizes itself with the industry and the target users of the product to be built. Key metrics for product success are defined.

2. Design

Design defines how things look and how things work. In order to understand the interactions that a user has with the product to be built, an intense phase of mapping user stories and corresponding interactions takes place. 3. Build

In parallel to the design-phase of the project, engineers define the foundation and service layer architecture of the application to be build. Various technologies are considered in order to achieve utmost stability and performance. The architecture is modeled into detailed UML diagrams and workflows. Unit tests and test cases are defined. Finally coding and implementation is delivered.

The key-problem of e-commerce when it comes to wine is that there are a few big but many small wine vendors, selling wine through their own online-shops. This creates a fragmented market of individual online shops with a small but nonetheless exclusive offering. The goal for us was therefore to build an engine that aggregates wines from different vendors and allows the user to compare prices and even order directly on VinoFinder through a unified buying experience. Another key feature was to develop a powerful search engine that delivers personalized results for users and dynamically finds the best results according to usage data. For vendors on the other hand VinoFinder would make it easy with zero effort required to show and sell offers on VinoFinder.

In India's bustling cities, from Bangalore to Chennai and Mumbai, booking a cab used to be not always as easy and straight-forward as one would like. That was until a few ingenious entrepreneurs decided to come with a fast, accurate and easy to use booking hub for taxis and business transportation. For us the challenge was to build an app that fulfills cab booking as fast and accurate as possible, with powerful destination recognition and automated distance calculation and billing.

The vision of the founders of ARTregards was daring. ARTregards was thought of as universal platform for contemporary art that could be used to communicate messages to each other and enhance the communication visually. Further, users and artists should be able to connect to each other in order to better understand and experience contemporary art and its often intricately related views from the artist himself. The challenge for us was to turn these rather abstract relationships into a working application.

Great products deserve to be be presented in the best light in order to show their vibrant aura. We love the Nokia Lumia 920 as a device, yet Nokia's website showcasing the product was, frankly, boring and uninspiring. When we thought about redesigning it, it was clear that the website representing the product should evangelize the experience just in the same way the actual product does. If the phone is famed for its simple and timeless interface, why should the website fall short in that aspect? So therfore we abstracted the phones UI, light colors and flat-colored surfaces for the website. While doing so the goal was to convey the few but essential highlights that the Lumia 920 bears in a way that transports the simplicty of the product itself, thus making the messaging of the site more clear and powerful.
